This agreement should extend the infrastructure capacities of Openai, which allows it to serve its vast base of users more efficiently, according to Pr Newswire.

The partnership, evaluated up to $ 11.9 billion, will see Coreweave offer a crucial dedicated calculation capacity for the training and service provision of Openai. As part of this collaboration, Openai will also become an investor in Coreweave, acquiring $ 350 million in Coreweave shares.
